Riot Squad Punx Range Review

Riot Squad are back with six new mouth-watering fruit flavours! Their Punx Range pays homage to delicious, nectarous fruits and features a collection of layered vape flavours. Today, we are going to be reviewing each flavour and deciphering which flavours are worth trying.

Riot Squad were launched in 2016 and are now regarded as one of the world’s leading vaping brands. Riot Squad are undoubtedly one of the best producers of intense, fruity flavours and their latest Punx range is a testimony to that.

Each flavour is available as a 50ml Shortfill and as a 10ml Hybrid Salts E-Liquid. 50ml Shortfills are perfect for Sub-Ohm devices, whereas 10ml Hybrid Salts are more suited to smaller, pen or pod shaped devices.

Kicking off our list, we have Apple, Cucumber, Mint & Aniseed, which is a truly wacky concoction. Personally, I was intrigued to experience this flavour as it features four totally contrasting flavours. Vaping Apple, Cucumber, Mint & Aniseed was a pleasant experience; on inhale, a sharp apple taste is evident before soothing yet subtle hints of cucumber takeover. On exhale, a piercing hit of mint accompanied by a refreshing aniseed kick tops off this flavour. Riot Squad have pushed the boat out with Apple, Cucumber, Mint & Aniseed and have created a truly unique tasting e-liquid.

Next up, we have Blackcurrant & Watermelon, which is a more orthodox flavour. Riot Squad have absolutely nailed the taste of blackcurrant just as they did with their ‘Grapple & Slapcurrant’ e-liquid. Paired with hints of indulgent watermelon, this flavour is undoubtedly one of the range’s stand-out flavours. Blackcurrant & Watermelon is a testimony to the fact that sometimes, simplicity is best. A slight, chilled exhale tops off this flavour, taking it to the next level.

Guava, Passionfruit & Pineapple is next on our list. This outrageous tropical fury is sure to set your taste-buds alight due to its sheer sweetness. Guava, Passionfruit & Pineapple is the definition of an all day vape. On inhale, your taste-buds are smacked by a combination of gorgeous guava and pungent passionfruit, before a knockout blow of sweet pineapple finishes things off. Personally, I was looking forward to trying this flavour the most, and it certainly didn’t disappoint me. Truly delicious.

One tropical flavour just wasn’t enough for Riot Squad. They decided to treat us and pushed the boat out, throwing in another Caribbean delight with Mango, Peach & Pineapple. This heavenly fruit fusion will plunge you head first into a tropical storm! On inhale, a dominant mango is sure to soothe even the sweetest of sweet-toothed vapers. Delicious hints of ripe peach and pineapple then fight for dominance on exhale.

On to the next one. Next, we have a mouth-watering raspberry based vape that pays homage to a classic Riot Squad flavour. Raspberry Grenade steals elements of Riot Squad’s fan favourite Pink Grenade flavour and tops it off with sweet, sharp raspberry notes. This flavour features an explosion of fizzy Sicilian lemonade washed down by irresistible summer raspberries. Raspberry Grenade is undoubtedly one of the best lemonade flavours available on the market in 2020.

Last and certainly not least, we have another complex fruit blend. Strawberry, Raspberry & Blueberry is everything that I hoped it would be. This lip-smacking blend of berries is sure to leave you with the taste of summer all year round. The beautiful thing about this flavour is that you can clearly decipher the taste of each berry. Succulent strawberry hints kick things off, before raspberry undertones take over. On exhale, a blast of delicious blueberry tops off this flavour.
